About Me
I’m an executive leadership coach who partners with leaders to develop more conscious and authentic approaches through meaningful conversation and reflection. After three decades in the corporate world, including my time as COO of Salesforce UK & Ireland, I now bring my business experience and heartfelt passion for human development to support others on their leadership journeys.
Originally from Brazil and now based in London, my journey took me from finance to operations across large organisations. I hold an MBA from the University of SĂŁo Paulo and am a certified Integral Development Coach by the International Coaching Federation. Beyond coaching, I serve as a non-executive director of Outvertising Ltd and sit on the advisory board of Simprints Technologies.
