Be the role model you always wanted to have. This was the message I conveyed as I closed my presentation at EUROUT 2023 – Europe’s leading LGBT+ business conference for graduate students hosted by London Business School.
It was an honour and a privilege to share my experience in Breaking Through the Rainbow Ceiling. The fireside chat was hosted by Claire O’Neill, a friend and former colleague, and we discussed how to understand and address the barriers we face – externally and internally – as we navigate our careers in the corporate world.
Inclusion is not just a word but a powerful promise. It’s a promise to accept one another as we are, to embrace our unique qualities, and to stand together, united in our diversity.
